This kata consists of 3 sets Dai-Ikkyo (Set 1), Dai-Nikyo (Set 2) and Dai-Sankyo (Set 3), each has 5 techniques of attack & defence. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge & understanding of how this aspect of Judo can be used for self-defence & as a method exercise.\nThe course and will cover the Kata requirements of Sections 7, 8 or 9 of the Technical Dan Grade examination.\nThis is a British Judo Association Licensed Coach Education Course which is worth one credit.\nThe course is limited to 10 places, due to the size of the tatami.\nAll applicants must hold a current FULL BJA membership & be a minimum grade of 3rd Kyu (Green Belt).\nIdeally you would attend with a partner to practice with, however we will endeavour to pair up individuals who attend the course.\n
