
Kazoku Orange and under championship u12 Judo festival u8
ELIGIBILITY: All competitors must produce a current valid BJA, BJC or AJA licence on weigh in.
The players must be 5-7 years old for U8 festival (limit 15) and 8 to 15 years old for belt
championship on a day. Valid licences on a day. This event is suitable for new officials. If you
are willing to learn how to be timekeeper or referee, contact Eva. Due limited space, over 12
players will have competition in NEWAZA only.
WEIGH IN: Saturday 8th of March 2025: depending on entries, we will inform clubs closer to the
date. Competition will open its doors from 9am.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO COME ON TIME FOR WEIGH IN. MISSING
WEIGH IN MAY CAUSE YOU NOT TO BE INCLUDED IN THE COMPETITION.
EACH PLAYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK WEIGH IN WITH THEIR COACH OR CONTACT EVA IF
NEEDED.
Each player MUST wear white PLAIN T-shirt and trousers on a weigh in. All players are allowed to
wear a white T-shirt during matches. Different colour will not be accepted!
U8 festival will be first in a morning. During u8 festival, children will have various games with
introduction to randori.
METHOD OF
COMPETITION:round robin- players will be put into group of max 5. Due space limitation, players
will be informed what time they should arrive. Plenty car park spaces free of charge available
