Category A:               8 to 15 years inclusive on the day, Novice to 6^th mon (5^th Kyu)

(Girls A1 Boys A2)         Technical restrictions will apply. No armlocks/strangles.

Category B:               8 to 11 years inclusive on the day, 7^th to 12^th mon inclusive

(Girls B1 Boys B2)      Technical restrictions will apply. No armlocks/strangles.

Category C:                12-15 years inclusive on the day. 7^th to 12^th mon (3^rd kyu)

(Girls C1 Boys C2)      No armlocks/strangles

Format:  Pools throughout.

All players will be placed into pools of 4 to 6 (where possible) to their closest weight.

All players in category A will receive a medal.

One gold, one silver and two bronze medals will be awarded per pool in categories B & C.  Please ensure “accurate weights” are provided on the entry. 

TD reserves the right to amalgamate groups where numbers are low.

WEIGH IN: Times will be sent to players and published on Patchway and Kingsley School Judo Facebook pages by 6 Friday June 2025 First weigh in will be 9:30am-9:45am.

All players must weigh-in wearing competition acceptable trousers and a white t-shirt. Have their record books and licence cards, in date! Zori’s/Shoes must be worn at all times when not on the mat.

Matside coaching will be allowed throughout the event, only one coach to be mat side at any time per player.

COST: Competitors:   £19.  No spectator fee
