Saturday 7th September Bradley Stoke Judo Club hosted the area new Open Mat Get Together Randori Sessions.
The main goal is to help our judoka improve, create learning opportunities, and provide a chance for our younger judoka to socialise, meet new people, and develop new friendships.Judoka from London, Surrey, Wales, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Gloucestershire, and Bristol all travelled to join us.
We want to extend our thanks to Pete Douglas for hosting the Western Area Judo Association Randori Session.
We had an excellent session with a total of around 90 minutes of solid Tachiwaza randori, with many partners available. It was amazing to see our youngest judoka, some as young as 8 years old, adapt and confidently participate without hesitation.

Our next session will be in Plymouth on Saturday, October 5th, at Drake Judo Club at the Plymouth Life Centre from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
